BizFlow Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
BizFlow (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a mobile application that helps small businesses create invoices, quotations, payment reminders, UPI QR codes, and related business records.
2. Information we collect
BizFlow is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your data on our own servers.
Information you may enter or store in the app includes:
- Business profile details (name, address, tax IDs, bank/UPI details, logo)
- Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and tax information
- Product catalog details
- Invoices, quotations, payment reminders, and related notes
- App preferences and locally saved settings
This information is stored locally on your phone using the device’s app storage (for example, AsyncStorage). It remains on your device unless you delete it, export it, share it, or uninstall the app.
3. Device permissions
BizFlow may request the following permissions only when needed for a feature you use:
- Contacts (read) — used only when you choose “Pick contact” to fill customer details for invoices, quotations, or payment reminders. We do not upload your contact list to our servers.
- Photos / media (read or write) — used when you pick a business logo from your gallery or save/share a UPI QR image. Access happens only when you start that action.
- Internet — used for standard app functionality and to open third-party apps or links you choose (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or UPI apps). BizFlow does not require an internet connection to create or save your business data.
4. How you share information
When you tap Share, export a PDF, open WhatsApp, open a UPI app, or use similar actions, you choose what to send and to whom. Those actions are handled by your device and the third-party app you select (for example WhatsApp, Gmail, or a payment app). We do not control how those services handle your data. Please review their privacy policies.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not operate a cloud backup service in the current version of the app.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the current version.
- We do not collect precise location data.
If we add features such as cloud backup, subscriptions, or advertising in a future update, we will update this policy before or when those features are released.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete records inside the app, clear app data in your device settings, or uninstall BizFlow. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data from your device.
7. Children’s privacy
BizFlow is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security
Because your data is stored on your device, you should protect your phone with a screen lock and keep your device software up to date. We recommend backing up important business records using the app’s export features where available.
9. International users
BizFlow can be used in multiple countries. Data you enter is stored on your device in the country where you use the app. If you share data through third-party apps, those services may process data according to their own policies and locations.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page will be revised when we make material changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
